Актуальность изучения рынка складских услуг в России имеет значение, поскольку почти каждая организация на определенном этапе своего развития сталкивается с необходимостью сбора информации о состоянии и перспективах рынка, на котором она работает.В связи с ростом грузоперевозок аренда складской недвижимости составляет малую долю свободных площадей. При этом, рост потребительского спроса и оказание складских услуг определяется уровнем строительства складских помещений. Очевидно, что оценка оптимального места под строительство склада или его выбор характеризует сопряженность с проблемой потенциального сбыта товаров и услуг. В целом, исследование проблемы развития рынка складских услуг в России, оценка факторов, определяющих низкие темпы роста рынка складской недвижимости, направлено на установление положительной динамики уровня логистизации складских процессов.Представленная работа имеет своей целью показать развитие рынка логистических услуг в регионах России на основе использования метода прогнозирования (экстраполяция по среднему темпу роста временного ряда) и сравнительного анализа. Метод прогнозирования будет использован при оценке: уровня развития логистики в России, распределения доли возводимых складских площадей, динамики на складском рынке Санкт-Петербурга.
The relevance of studying the warehouse services market in Russia is important, since almost every organization at a certain stage of its development is faced with the need to gather information about the state and prospects of the market in which it operates.Due to the growth in freight traffic, rental of warehouse real estate is a small fraction of vacant space. At the same time, the growth of consumer demand and the provision of storage services is determined by the level of construction of storage facilities. It is obvious that the assessment of the optimal place for the construction of a warehouse or its choice is characterized by the relationship with the problem of the potential sale of goods and services.In general, the study of the problem of the development of the warehouse services market in Russia, the assessment of the factors determining the low growth rates of the warehouse real estate market, is aimed at establishing a positive dynamics of the logistics process of warehouse processes.The presented work aims to show the development of the logistics services market in the regions of Russia based on the use of the forecasting method (extrapolation by the average growth rate of the time series) and comparative analysis. The forecasting method will be used in assessing: the level of development of logistics in Russia, the distribution of the share of erected warehouse space, and the dynamics in the warehouse market of St. Petersburg.
