В процессе реализации политики импортозамещения предприятиям необходимо разрабатывать отечественные технологии и обеспечивать снижение рисков их хищения и утраты. Для обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия важно уделять внимание организации производства, созданию импортонезависимой техники, способствовать увеличению прикладных исследований и внедрению их в производство. Стремление преодоления технико-технологических угроз стимулирует выпускать качественную отечественную продукцию, не уступающую импортным аналогам, а в вопросах обороны даже превосходящую им.
Цель статьи. Рассмотреть возможности предупреждения технологических и производственных угроз в реализации политики импортозамещения предприятием. Методы, применяемые в исследовании: анализ российских и зарубежных научных источников, обобщение статистических данных, экономико-математическое моделирование технико-технологической безопасности с учетом импортозамещения.
Результаты. В статье описана сущность технико-технологической безопасности предприятия в обеспечении его экономической безопасности. Говорится о конкурентоспособности техники и технологий, возможности ее развития и соответствии современным требованиям производства. Проведен анализ степени износа основных фондов России, обновления основных фондов в различных видах экономической деятельности, разработанных технологий, новых для России и принципиально новых.
Основные выводы. Выявлены проблемы импортозамещения и предложены возможные пути их решения. Во избежание давления недружественных стран на Россию и ее союзников необходимо обеспечивать техническую и технологическую независимость посредством импортозамещения с ориентацией на экспорт.
In the process of implementing the import substitution policy, enterprises need to develop domestic technologies and ensure that the risks of their theft and loss are reduced. To ensure the economic security of the enterprise, it is important to pay attention to the organization of production, the creation of import-independent equipment, to contribute to an increase in applied research and their introduction into production. The desire to overcome technical and technological threats stimulates the production of high-quality domestic products that are not inferior to imported counterparts, and in matters of defense even surpassing them.
The objective of the article is to consider the possibility of preventing technological and production threats in the implementation of the import substitution policy by the enterprise.
Methods used in the study: analysis of Russian and foreign scientific sources, generalization of statistical data, economic and mathematical modeling of technical and technological security, taking into account import substitution.
Results The article describes the essence of the technical and technological safety of the enterprise in ensuring its economic security. It is said about the competitiveness of technology and technology, the possibility of its development and compliance with modern production requirements. Analysis of the degree of depreciation of fixed assets of Russia, updating of fixed assets in various types of economic activities, developed technologies, new for Russia and fundamentally new.
Conclusions Problems of import substitution were identified and possible ways to solve them were proposed. In order to avoid pressure from unfriendly countries on Russia and its allies, it is necessary to ensure technical and technological independence through import substitution with an export orientation.
