Цель настоящей статьи – раскрыть направления организации работы финансовых подразделений в условиях современных международных санкций. Для достижения этой цели при проведении исследования текущей ситуации бизнес-процессов финансовых подразделений использовались методы наблюдения за существующим состоянием финансовых подразделений, измерения, классификации и систематизации, моделирования. В результате применения научного аппарата исследования бизнес-процессов финансовых подразделений в условиях санкций были получены следующие результаты: хотя действующие санкционные механизмы привели к существенной перенастройке бизнес-процессов финансовых служб современных отечественных предприятий, были найдены и внедрены способы эффективной финансовой работы, что позволило сохранить экономическую эффективность деятельности предприятий. Основные выводы: даже в условиях беспрецедентного санкционного давления на существующем уровне организации бизнес-процессов финансовых служб возможно организовать бесперебойную и эффективную работу современных предприятий разных отраслей на основе моделирования бизнес-процессов, использования технологий машинного обучения при организации работы финансовой службы, алгоритмизации применения технологий машинного интеллекта при организации работы финансовых подразделений.
The aim of this article is to reveal the directions of organizing the work of financial departments in the conditions of modern international sanctions. To achieve this goal, when conducting a study of the current situation of business processes of financial divisions, methods were used to monitor the existing state of financial divisions, measurement, classification and systematization, and modeling.As a result of the application of the scientific apparatus for studying the business processes of financial departments under sanctions, the following results were obtained: although the current sanctions mechanisms led to a significant reconfiguration of the business processes of the financial services of modern domestic enterprises, methods of effective financial work were found and implemented, which made it possible to maintain economic efficiency activities of enterprises.Conclusions: even under conditions of unprecedented sanctions pressure, at the existing level of organizing business processes of financial services, it is possible to organize the uninterrupted and efficient operation of modern enterprises in various industries based on modeling business processes, using machine learning technologies in organizing the work of financial services, and algorithmizing the use of machine intelligence technologies when organizing the work of financial departments.
