В качестве цели исследования выступает разработка концепции типологии проблем обеспечения экономической безопасности участников инвестиционно-строительного процесса в условиях цифровой экономики. Для этого решены две научные задачи: первая – определены условия цифровой экономики, вторая – объекты ее воздействия в контексте экономической безопасности. В отечественной научной литературе в целом недостаточно изучена тематика обеспечения экономической безопасности именно участников инвестиционно-строительного процесса. Основная масса научных исследований раскрывала лишь экономическую безопасность организаций, в т.ч. тех, что присутствуют в инвестиционно-строительной сфере. Как следствие, отсутствовало и необходимое теоретическое описание воздействия условий цифровой экономики на экономическую безопасность участников инвестиционно-строительного процесса. Для решения задач применялись общенаучные методы исследования. Сначала введено авторское определение экономической безопасности участников инвестиционно-строительного процесса. Затем определены уровни иерархического представления показателей экономической безопасности участников инвестиционно-строительного процесса. Далее была раскрыта основная специфики отличительных категорий (способность, возможность, защищенность) экономической безопасности в рамках исследования участников инвестиционно-строительного процесса, реализуемого в условиях цифровой экономики.

The objective of this study is to develop a conceptual typology of problems associated with ensuring the economic security of participants in the investment and construction process in the digital economy. To this end, two scientific objectives were addressed: the first was to define the conditions of the digital economy, and the second was to identify the objects of its impact in the context of economic security. In the domestic scientific literature, the topic of ensuring the economic security of participants in the investment and construction process remains understudied. The majority of scientific studies focused on the economic security of organizations, including those operating in the investment and construction sector. Consequently, a necessary theoretical description of the impact of the digital economy on the economic security of participants in the investment and construction process was missing. General scientific research methods were used to address these objectives. First, the author introduced a definition of economic security for participants in the investment and construction process. Then, the levels of a hierarchical representation of economic security indicators for participants in the investment and construction process were determined. Next, the key specific features of the distinctive categories (capability, opportunity, security) of economic security were revealed within the framework of a study of participants in the investment and construction process implemented in the digital economy.
