Основное содержание исследования составляет анализ процессов цифровой трансформации ключевых отраслей экономики. Предметом исследования являются различные уровни агрегации информации по развитию регионов Российской Федерации. Значительное внимание уделяется прогнозным и фактическим (расчетным) значениям показателя, до 95%». В качестве исследовательской задачи автором была определена попытка оценить достижение прогнозных значений «цифровой зрелости», установленных в 2019 году Минцифры на период до 2030 года. Фактические значения были получены за август 2021 года. В результате получены расчетные данные, подтверждающие, что прогнозные значения были достигнуты с 10%-ной погрешностью. Данное направление дополняется также рассмотрением Методологии комплексной оценки «цифровой зрелости» регионов с точки зрения процедуры проведения оценки «цифровой зрелости» организации. Дискуссионным остается вопрос о методах, используемых в адаптивной Методологии комплексной оценки «цифровой зрелости» регионов, среди них есть методы, которые некоторые носят субъективный характер (например, метод интервьюирования по разработанному чек-листу для руководящего состава и сотрудников организации).

The main content of the study is the analysis of the processes of digital transformation of key sectors of the economy. The subject of the study is the various levels of aggregation of information on the development of the regions of the Russian Federation. Considerable attention is paid to the forecast and actual (calculated) valuesof the indicator in the form of up to 95%. As a research task, the author defined an attempt to assess the achievement of the forecast valuesestablished in 2019 by the Ministry of Digital Development for the period up to 2030. Actual values were received for August 2021. As a result, calculated data were obtained confirming that the predicted values were achieved with a 10% error. This direction is also supplemented by consideration of the Methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the «digital maturity» of regions in terms of the procedure for assessing the «digital maturity» of an organization. The question of the methods used in the adaptive Methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the «digital maturity» of regions remains debatable, among them there are methods that some are subjective in nature (for example, the method of interviewing according to the developed checklist for the management and employees of the organization).
