В статье рассматриваются вопросы функционирования промышленных предприятий и отраслей ОПК в отдельные периоды его развития. Основное внимание уделяется особенностям стратегии обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятий и организаций ОПК, соответствующим каждому отдельному периоду. Автор обращает внимание на превращение ОПК в особый сектор национальной экономики. К ключевым характеристикам ОПК автор относит самодостаточность его развития, независимость от импорта сырья, комплектующих и технологий. В рамках теории стратегического управления на основе ключевых характеристик ОПК были сформулированы миссии и системы стратегических целей в отдельные периоды развития ОПК.
The article deals with the functioning of industrial enterprises and branches of the defense industry in certain periods of its development. The main attention is paid to the specifics of the strategy for ensuring the economic security of enterprises and organizations of the defense industry, corresponding to each individual period. The author draws attention to the transformation of the defense industry into a special sector of the national economy. The author considers the self-sufficiency of its development, independence from the import of raw materials, components and technologies to be the key characteristics of the defense industry. Within the framework of the theory of strategic management, based on the key characteristics of the defense industry, missions and systems of strategic goals were formulated in certain periods of the development of the defense industry.
