В рамках исследования были выявлены особенности развития Энергетической стратегии России и обоснована необходимость ее пересмотра в условиях новых реалий. Основные положения Энергостратегии России 2035 года связаны с необходимостью достижения устойчивого развития энергетики и нацелены на обеспечение национальной энергетической безопасности, энергетической и экономической эффективности развития отрасли и сохраняют свою актуальность в текущем периоде. Возникновение новых внешних вызовов, связанных в первую очередь с сокращением объемов российского экспорта, требует принятия новых решений по ряду направлений: диверсификация поставок, корректировка инвестиционных приоритетов отрасли, развитие механизмов импортозамещения, средне- и долгосрочные аспекты устойчивого развития, создание независимой финансовой инфраструктуры, а также корректирующих механизмов расчетов, ценообразования, защиты контрактов и ряда других.
Within the framework of the study, the need for revision was justified and the peculiarities of the development of Russia's Energy strategy in the conditions of new realities were revealed. The main provisions of the Energy Strategy of Russia in 2035 are related to the need to achieve sustainable energy development and are aimed at ensuring national energy security, energy and economic efficiency of the development of the industry, and remain relevant in the new realities. The emergence of new external challenges, primarily related to the reduction of Russian exports, requires new decisions in a number of areas: diversification of supplies, adjustment of investment priorities of the industry, development of import substitution mechanisms, medium- and long-term aspects of sustainable development, the creation of an independent financial infrastructure, as well as corrective pricing mechanisms, protection of contracts and investments.
