Работа имеет своей целью исследо- вать выбор типа используемой информации в процессе принятия стратегических решений, какой тип информации наиболее результативен для цели создания новых структур управле- ния в кредитно-финансовом секторе и как должна осуществляться координация между под- разделениями в процессе обмена информацией в режиме реального времени. В исследова- нии был проведен анализ существующих методологий многих авторов, что позволило при- вести доказательства того, что глобальные финансовые компании используют функции MIS для построения системы корпоративных приложений, предоставляемых с помощью совре- менных IT-инструментов, таких как планирование ресурсов предприятия (ERP), системы управления знаниями (KMS) и системы управления взаимоотношениями с клиентами (CRM) для повышения эффективности процесса принятия решений. Также результаты ис- следований позволили обосновать, что современная информационная система управления (MIS) определяет необходимость включения технологий искусственного бизнес-интеллекта в уже существующую автономную платформу мониторинга транзакций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The subject of the study are the latest information management systems (MIS) used in the fi- nancial and credit sector. The purpose of the work is to explore the choice of the type of information used in the strategic decision-making process, what type of information is most effective for the pur- pose of creating new governance structures in the financial and financial sector, and how coordina- tion should be carried out between units in the process of real-time information exchange. The study analyzed existing methodologies of many authors, which led to evidence that global financial com- panies use MIS functions to build a system of enterprise applications provided with modern IT tools such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), knowledge management systems (KMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve the effectiveness of the decision-making pro- cess. Also, the results of the studies allowed to substantiate that the modern information management system (MIS) determines the need to include artificial business intelligence technologies in an al- ready existing stand-alone transaction monitoring platform.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en&lt;p class=&quot;MsoBodyText&quot;
