Успешное формирование инновационной сферы является ключевым фактором устойчивого долгосрочного экономического роста и выступает одним из приоритетов в стратегических направлениях развития многих стран мира. Смена парадигмы технологического уклада, ориентированного на инновационное развитие, определяет актуальность изучения подходов к формированию его направлений в российской и мировой практике. Ведущую роль в обеспечении устойчивого экономического развития страны играет транспорт. Авторами представлено исследование подходов к формированию направлений инновационного развития, определенных в стратегических документах крупных российских и зарубежных транспортных холдингов, корпораций и компаний. Внедрение прорывных инновационных технологий на транспорте обеспечивает наиболее эффективное решение ключевых задач развития транспортного комплекса РФ. Проект создания транзитных транспортных коридоров «Север – Юг», «Запад – Восток», необходимость реализации которого обозначена в майском Указе Президента РФ, нуждается в смелых инновационных подходах, одним из элементов новой системы может стать отечественная технология магнитной левитации.
Successful formation of the innovation sphere is a key factor for sustainable long-term economic growth and is one of the priorities in the strategic directions of development in many countries of the world. The change of the paradigm of the technological structure, focused on innovative development, determines the relevance of studying the approaches to the formation of its directions in the Russian and world practice. The leading role in ensuring the sustainable economic development of the country is played by transport. The authors presented a study of approaches to the formation of areas of innovative development, defined in the strategic documents of large Russian and foreign transport holdings, corporations and companies. The introduction of breakthrough innovative technologies in transport provides the most effective solution to the key tasks of the development of the transport complex of the Russian Federation. The project of creating transit transport corridors North-South, West-East, the need for implementation of which is indicated in the May Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, requires bold innovative approaches; one of the elements of the new system can be the domestic magnetic levitation technology.
