Целью исследования является идентификация как уже существующих, так и потенциальных источников угроз экономической безопасности организаций инвестиционно-строительного комплекса нашей страны. Существование первых из них обусловлено негативным тенденциями развития инвестиционно-строительного комплекса в целом, формирующимися под влиянием последствий финансового кризиса и угрозой его рецессии, усиленной санкционным давлением. Оценка характера таких тенденций базируется на результатах анализа данных Федеральной службы государственной статистики за период 2005-2016 гг. Вторая группа источников угроз связана с переходом к цифровой экономике, в условиях которой информационно-коммуникационные технологии играют архиважную роль в деле повышения конкурентоспособности организаций инвестиционно-строительного комплекса, возводя тем самым проблему обеспечения информационной безопасности в ранг наиболее актуальных. Предполагается, что результаты проведенного исследования будут использованы как самими организациями инвестиционно-строительного комплекса, так и органами государственной власти, определяющими условия их функционирования в процессе разработки стратегических планов развития.
The purpose of the study is to identify both existing and potential sources of threats to economic security of the organizations of the investment and construction complex of our country. The existence of the first of them is due to negative trends in the development of the investment and construction complex as a whole, which are formed under the impact of the financial crisis and the threat of its recession, reinforced by sanctions. An assessment of the nature of such trends is based on the results of the analysis of data from the Federal State Statistics Service for the period 2005-2016. The second group of sources of threats is connected with the transition to a digital economy, in which the information and communication technologies play an archival role in improving the competitiveness of the investment and construction complex organizations, thus raising the problem of ensuring information security to the rank of the most relevant. It is assumed that the results of the research will be used by the organizations of the investment and construction complex themselves, and by the state authorities that determine the conditions for their functioning in the process of developing strategic development plans.
