В условиях интенсивного развития информационного общества и современных цифровых технологий происходят изменения в экономической сфере, связанные с процессом цифровизации. В статье представлены результаты исследования по определению сущности цифровой трансформации бизнеса. Несмотря на то что это широко известное понятие, подход к структурированной цифровой трансформации бизнес-модели отсутствует. Рассмотрена цифровая трансформация как процесс интеграции цифровых технологий во все аспекты бизнес-процессов, что несет за собой необходимость коренных изменений в технологии создания новых продуктов и услуг, операциях, культуре. Результатом этого исследования являются выводы о выгодах и рисках для разных компаний, которые несет в себе цифровая трансформация, об основных подходах при внедрении в бизнесе и главных факторах цифровой трансформации бизнес-моделей.
In the conditions of intensive development of the information society and modern digital technologies, changes in the economic sphere related to the process of digitalization are taking place. The article presents the results of a study to determine the essence of digital business transformation. Although this is a well-known concept, there is no approach to structured digital transformation of the business model. Digital transformation is considered as the process of integrating digital technologies into all aspects of business processes, which entails the need for fundamental changes in the technology of creating new products and services, operations, and culture. The results of this research are conclusions about the benefits and risks for different companies that digital transformation entails, about the main approaches to implementing business models and the main factors of digital transformation of business models.
