В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы современного российского страхования в контексте исторической ретроспективы; вопросы взаимосвязи между страхованием и бизнесом, а также этапы формирования законодательной базы в области страховой защиты предпринимательской деятельности. Авторы исследуют возможности страхования как инструмента защиты бизнеса в современной России, вопросы осмысления теоретических, методологических аспектов, обоснованных прогнозов и моделей.

The article discusses the current problems of modern Russian insurance in the context of historical retrospect; the issues of the relationship between insurance and business, as well as the stages of formation of the legislative framework in the field of insurance protection of entrepreneurial activity. The author explores the possibilities of insurance as a business protection tool in modern Russia, issues of understanding theoretical, methodological aspects, reasonable forecasts and models.
