The impact of ESG strategies on intellectual capital management of the enterprise

The article reveals the relationship between the application of ESG strategy and the development of the enterprise's intellectual capital. It has been proven that the correct development of ESG elements aimed at improving the work of knowledge workers can significantly increase the efficiency of their activities. This is especially evident in the example of social and managerial components. It is concluded that by expanding the scope of management of ESG factors through specially developed management tools, as well as the inclusion of basic environmental issues in corporate documents of enterprises, the implementation of ESG strategies creates opportunities for increasing the efficiency of managing the intellectual potential of an enterprise.
