TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE FINANCIALINNOVATIONS IN BANKING BUSINESS

JATS‑XML (OAI)Under the conditions of dynamically developing global financial technology market, banks
are actively involved in partnership with fintech startups. Fintech innovative areas enable to create
business processes based on the capabilities of information technology. Implementation of business processes significantly expands the capabilities of banks and increases their competitive advantages. The article presents research results of modern financial innovations market in Russia.
It highlights the most advanced technologies and specific innovative solutions of a number of
banks. International practice of innovative financial technologies adoption and possibility of its
use in Russian practice is analyzed. The factors thwarting the progress of the Russian financial
technology market are identified and there are some recommendations for their elimination.
