The relevance of the study of new transport routes within the EEU during the period of the mobilization economy acutely challenges us to implement them as soon as possible and create opportunities for the redistribution of capacities, the construction of new warehouses of class 5PL, railways, marshalling yards, the development of linear routes of the Caucasus, the Arctic, the construction of logistics reloading air hubs in Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, together creating a new logistics chain, which would be provided with its own production facilities for empty capacities, transport, construction components, specialists of the required profile.

The actions carried out with the economy at the moment show a steady trend of cohesion between the state and the private sector, which, to the maximum extent of involvement and active development and construction of the production and logistics sector, should lead to the formation of a "new" economy - a technological economy of maximum import substitution, growing at a multiple percentage rate year after year and showing an annual significant increase in the number of own built production facilities, launched new road networks, technological and eco-friendly goods and inventions.
