FORMATION OF AN ADAPTIVE METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF PERSONNEL COMPONENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES

The article presents a description of the variable methodological features of assessing the level of personnel security of enterprises. Conducting a comparative analysis of existing approaches to analyzing the personnel potential of organizations made it possible to determine the essential conditions for the formation of an effective methodology for assessing the functioning of the personnel component of business entities. Based on the results of the study, an adaptive methodology for personnel security indicators was developed, which allows one to assess the level of provision of the personnel component and define the framework of measures necessary for implementation.
