The study aims to identify the importance of organizational culture for the success of an
organization in the market. There was conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing organizational culture of catering. There was created and tested a model of organizational culture based on the work of F. Harris and R. Moran. Practical conclusions about the degree of influence of organizational culture on the competitiveness of the company are made.
