Prospects for robotization development in the Russian Federation

The relevance of the study of the prospects and risks of new technologies in the period of advanced rates of development of digitalization and informatization of production and economic processes is not in doubt. These processes help to increase the efficiency of production processes, increase the speed of managerial decision-making and minimize the likelihood of making mistakes; however, they carry certain risks that must be studied and prevented. The article examines the direction of robotization as one of the promising ones for achieving the goals of sustainable industrial development, improving the quality of life of the population, solving social problems, and achieving sustainable rates of economic growth. The paper discusses the main directions of development of robotization - robotics and the system of robotic process automation and their use in our country.
