Concept of improving the medicinal waste disposal within system in the framework strategy economic security

Development of the concept an improved system for the disposal of medicinal waste is one of the economic tasks for building the Russian economic system on the principles of economic security. Currently, in our country, the methodology and practice of solving this problem aren’t yet sufficiently developed, which determined the choice of the research topic. In order to develop the concept of an improved system for the disposal of medicinal waste, elements of the regulatory framework in this area, existing mechanisms for constructing a system for the disposal of medicinal waste, existing methods and methods for collecting medicinal waste, the relationship between mechanisms for the disposal of medicinal waste and increasing the level of economic security were analyzed. The paper reveals existing problems in the legal, organizational and management subsystems; based on their detailed study, conceptual approaches to the development of a system for the disposal of medicinal waste in the Russian Federation have been formulated.
