BUSINESS PROCESSES REORGANIZATION OF FINANCIAL DIVISIONS UNDER MODERN INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS

The aim of this article is to reveal the directions of organizing the work of financial departments in the conditions of modern international sanctions. To achieve this goal, when conducting a study of the current situation of business processes of financial divisions, methods were used to monitor the existing state of financial divisions, measurement, classification and systematization, and modeling.
As a result of the application of the scientific apparatus for studying the business processes of financial departments under sanctions, the following results were obtained: although the current sanctions mechanisms led to a significant reconfiguration of the business processes of the financial services of modern domestic enterprises, methods of effective financial work were found and implemented, which made it possible to maintain economic efficiency activities of enterprises.
Conclusions: even under conditions of unprecedented sanctions pressure, at the existing level of organizing business processes of financial services, it is possible to organize the uninterrupted and efficient operation of modern enterprises in various industries based on modeling business processes, using machine learning technologies in organizing the work of financial services, and algorithmizing the use of machine intelligence technologies when organizing the work of financial departments.
