Subject: green finance as a new market-state mechanism for optimizing human interactions with nature.
The purpose of the article: the study of the mechanism of market development and government regulation from the perspective of pricing features of green financial products.
Method: the study used contextual analysis as well as comparisons.
Results: in comparison with the available literature, this study focuses on the issues of market classification from the perspective of pricing and external adjustments. This approach is aimed at strengthening the theoretical and methodological foundations of the green financial market and systematizing approaches to justifying prices for green financial products.
Conclusions: some new perspectives and problems of green finance in the system of human interaction with nature are revealed and shown. The growth of the role of the state in the system of green pricing, as well as the development of a green financial market, is determined.
