Methodical bases of development of mechanisms of counteraction to illegal felling as the instrument of ensuring economic security of the region on the example of Krasnoyarsk krai

In this article, the authors have made an attempt of scientific analysis of some topical problems of existing state methods of combating illegal logging in the territory of the state forest fund of the Russian Federation and the implementation of these methods directly in the Krasnoyarsk territory. Particular attention is paid to the problem of increasing the economic security of the country in the implementation of the powers to harvest timber, as well as the illegal implementation of this right. The interrelation of economic security and its reflection in the modern legislation, their points of contact are considered. Also, the authors pay special attention to the analysis of the implementation of federal and regional powers used by the executive authorities of the Territory in the sphere of protection of the state forest Fund, as well as the actual data of the use of forest areas for timber harvesting. The attempt of the analysis of correctness and expediency of use of the state forest fund of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is undertaken.
