«Green» economy and objectives of innovative development

JATS‑XML (OAI)Paper describes green economy as innovative process of system transformation of the global economy focused on mitigation of the environmental problems caused by anthropogenic factors, decreasing economic impacts on the environment, development of the innovative principles of environmental management, formation of the environmentally friendly and safe living environment, increase in efficiency of use of natural resources as well as formation of new model of socioeconomic development and green economic growth and solving social challenges. Green economy’s formation is considered in the context of development of the set of advanced digital and manufacturing technologies that are branded as the coming industrial, which is expected to come into scene by the middle of the 21st century. Interrelations and synergetic effects between green, digital and nanotechnologies are shown. Some features of domestic model of green economy in Russia are considered, taking into account the priorities of accelerated industrial modernization and ensuring national security of the Russian Federation.
