evelopment directions of the financial mechanism of "green" economy formation
📄 PDF Статьи
JATS‑XML (OAI)The article examines the impact of environmental taxes, the level of human capital, including financial literacy and environmental attitudes of the population on the development of "green" technologies, depending on the quality of life. The dynamics of the share of renewable electricity in the total volume of its production, and the dynamics of the energy intensity of GDP, are considered as indicators of the development of the «green» economy. The strongest correlation between high environmental taxes and the share of renewable electricity in the total volume of its production is observed in countries with a low happiness index, which is due to the relationship between the level of happiness, the level of human capital and a responsible attitude to the environment. Based on the identified patterns, recommendations to stimulate the development of “green” technologies in the frame of financial mechanism have been formulated for Russia.
