Development of small and medium business management system as a basis for ensuring economic security of entrepreneurship

JATS‑XML (OAI)The development of management methodology and management culture in modern business are the main factors for the success of small and medium-sized enterprises that plan to achieve rapid growth. The article presents the results of a study on improving business management as one of the main factors of increasing its efficiency. The analysis of the organizational and economic situation of small and medium-sized businesses, identified priorities and opportunities for the development of management in this sector of entrepreneurship, proposed a definition of economic security of entrepreneurship, formulated threats to economic security of business, considered the responsibility for actions in unfair competition. The factors influencing the structure of the enterprise are revealed and problems, so-called «blind spots» of business are defined.
