State financial support of small business in a pandemic conditions: regional practices

The article examines measures of state support for small businesses in the context of the crisis caused by a new coronavirus infection, in a situation when almost all small business sectors were affected in Russia. The article examines the effectiveness of government programs aimed at the restoration and financial recovery of small businesses. The conclusion is made about the lack of effectiveness of government programs to help small businesses and the need to adjust them using the institution of microfinance.
