Methods of assessment of business reputation of the transport organization

The article presents the results of a study of the necessity and prerequisites for assessing the business reputation of a transport organization on the basis of a questionnaire survey of workers in the transport industry, which made it possible to distinguish between the concepts "business reputation", "image", and "goodwill". In the process of research, it was put forward and proved the assumption that in Russia the business reputation is not clearly understood and, accordingly, the choice of methods for its evaluation is difficult. Based on the results of the study, the choice of methods for assessing the business reputation of a transport organization is justified.
