Management of investment risks of financial instruments of energy efficiency projects

JATS‑XML (OAI)This article discusses the prerequisites for modifying the system aimed at improving the energy efficiency of buildings and structures, as well as other projects of the "green" economy, involving the development of specialized financial instruments and processes. And also, ways to form a system for managing financial sources and associated financial risks. The impact of uncertainty, which characterizes the current state of financial markets, requires increased attention to risk management processes, geopolitical changes imply an increase in the relevance of issues of the «green» economy, the problems of low energy efficiency of Russian buildings and structures draw attention to the study of the possibilities of attracting resources to solve them, the shortage of long-term resources determines the relevance of developing tools that increase the volume of private energy investing in state projects. In the context of sanctions restrictions, the relevance of improving the efficiency of long-term financial resources and the stability of the activities of domestic enterprises and organizations is increasing. In particular, in the implementation of energy efficiency programs.
