Approach to modeling the economic security of the construction industry

The article reveals an approach to the formation of an economic and mathematical model that characterizes the economic security of the construction industry. The model is focused on calculating a special complex indicator of industry economic security. The choice of initial data for modeling has been substantiated; a model was formed using economic-statistical and expert-analytical methods. Calculations were carried out with its application. Their results make it possible to dynamically assess the level of economic security of the construction industry, as well as to forecast the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on industry enterprises.
