Development of energy infrasructure in the aspect of standarts of «green» economy and economic security

JATS‑XML (OAI)The article is devoted to the analysis of the current situation in the field of energy security of the functioning and sustainability of the development of socio-economic systems in Russia, taking into account the imperatives of the development of a green economy. It is substantiated that, due to the peculiarities of the functioning of networks and production technology of goods provided by high-voltage transmission networks, these benefits are in the nature of wardship. The consequence of this is the need for an active state presence in this area in order to ensure the modernization of the network's energy-transferring infrastructure, to ensure the safe parameters of its activities.
