The features of development and implementation of the state policy of «green»

The article defines the features of development and implementation of the state policy of «green» economy in the context of economic security. The state is considered as an integral subject of «green» economy policy development. The visualization of an inclusive «green» economy is presented by the main strategies of its realisation and results as a potential toolkit of «green» economy policy.

The conclusion is that realization of transition to the inclusive «green» economy is fragmentary. The «green» economy policy has long-term positive effects. However, the short-term costs of the transition process impost the barriers to its realization. The «green» economy policy could yield positive results only in a long-term perspective. Every country of the global community has to make its own choice on the national transition model to the «green» economy, on its testing, and the implementation pace of this new model of sustainable economic development.
