Transformation of banking strategies according to the Agile methodology under the conditions of the global unstable environment

The subject of the study is the transformation of banking strategies in a global unstable environment, which includes the transition to a digital economy, complicated political situation, and other factors that carry risks. At the same time, the work is aimed at justifying the need to adapt existing banking business models to new conditions in order to improve competitiveness and management effectiveness. To achieve this goal, the authors examine current trends in strategic banking management, describe the latest Agile methodology and consider both the advantages and the complexity of its implementation in Russian banks. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn on the need to restructure paradigms in the management of banking institutions, because it is the only way out for survival under changed conditions.
