Innovative digital technologies in ensuring the interests of Russia in the interstate capital movement

The publication examines the ways of using innovative technologies in management in the field of cross-country capital flow. It is noted that among researchers and practitioners are becoming popular proposals for the use of advanced achievements of the era of digitalization in various fields without a proper justification of the tools and technologies for their use. Such a massive hype is estimated to be harmful considering the search and implementation of really perspective innovative digital technologies in various fields of socio-economic life. The authors clarify that reducing the degree of hype in the scientific community can contribute to the active involvement of technical specialists in reviewing and editing scientific articles, in publicly dis- cussing initiatives in the digital economy. In regard of the intestate capital movement, the use of practical tools is justified ‒ ICO, as well as creation of intelligent systems in the field of regtech and saptech.
