Risks in knowledge management in a modern organization in the context of ensuring economic security

The problem of knowledge management in a modern organization is considered. If earlier it was assumed that knowledge management is the lot of only high-tech companies, now it is the realization that practically every company has this sphere, since it is know how that allow firms to compete with each other. The paper proposes a classification of knowledge management tools and on its basis a methodology for diagnosing types of organizations in the field of knowledge management is developed, and a visualized model is given. Since the technologies, processes and organizational environment in any company are the fruits (results) of the company's personnel, the risks that arise - deviations from planned goals - are derived from personnel risks, a consequence of the quality of human resources (professionalism, responsibility, talent of the company staff). The work illustrates the creation of a risk map in the field of knowledge management for decision-making measures to reduce them and ensure the economic security of the company.
