Essence and the maintenance of the concept «personnel potential» and its place in business management

The relevance of a research consists in huge influence of personnel potential on the prospects of development the enterprise, so at competent planning it is possible to avoid risks of decrease in efficiency of business at approach of general economic crises or transformational transitions and also to improve adaptability to conditions of turbulent economy. The purpose consists in identification of distinctive features of «the personnel potential» from «talent pool» and its place and a role at the enterprise. For achievement of a goal such statistical methods as comparisons, the analysis and synthesis were used. Use of set of the allocated methods allowed to receive the following results: comparison of the concepts «personnel potential» and «talent pool» showed that the first concept more capacious and belongs to all personnel of the enterprise whereas the second narrower and covers only heads and experts; consideration of features and opportunities of planning of personnel potential at the enterprise allows us to offer as measures of the organization of this process combination of creation of plans of activity of all enterprise with strategic planning of personnel and to carry out it within one division. The received results of a research will be useful to the scientists dealing with a problem of reproduction of personnel at the enterprise.
