The article considers the main modal trends in the functional elements of the human resource management system formed during the pandemic period, which are likely to be prolonged for the post-pandemic period. The principles forming the human resource management system and the methods used in the system, the possibility and necessity of their transformation are considered. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of the HR service, since it will largely determine the ability of a business to solve the tasks facing the country in the shortest possible time.
