Methodological aspects of staff risks assessment and management

The article presents the author''s assessment methodology and risk management of staff. In the way laid the concept of dualism influence staffing risks on the company''s activities, i.e. staffing risks considered as carriers and the positive and negative potential, respectively, could lead the company as profit and losses. As a group stand out destructive risks that are unacceptable in the context of ensuring economic security. Classified risk assessment techniques. Proposed staffing risk matrix, which allows to present risks in the form of compact writing elements distributed on the scale of «probability and frequency of occurrence of the consequences». Risk management of staff technique allows with sufficient completeness analyze the complex factors affecting the state of the company, on the basis of the data obtained to make informed choices in favour of management impact used in relation to each particular personnel risk.
