Social supermarket – the multitask managingsubsystem of monotown financial infrastructure

The article describes the instruments and mechanisms for the development and improvement of the quality social services system. Here the main reasons for the low efficiency of the service sector are analyzed and the main problems of cities with a mono-profile type of economy are identified, especially with regard to providing up-to-date and operational statistics for market management. Integration of organizations of socialy important services operating in the municipal market and their interaction with authorities in a common information field will allow to do the operational monitoring of the level of services supply and demand, estimating their quality through various quantitative and qualitative indicators, increase customer satisfaction, and activate feedback mechanisms with the population to improve the quality of life and overall socio-economic development of the territory.
