Research of the factors of increasing the performance of the railway company in the process of system transformation of management

The article presents the results of a study of the factors of increasing the performance of a railway company in the context of the transformation of its management system. A set of factors for improving the performance of economic entities in the process of organizational restructuring of railway transport has been determined. The grouping of factors is carried out and the author's verbal interpretation of the factors of increasing the performance of the railway company JSC "Uzbekistan railways" in the context of the transformation of its management system based on expert assessments is given. An assessment of their significance was carried out. It is suggested that the research results will allow management to determine the direction of development of organizational and economic methods to improve the performance of the railway company.
