IMPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATIONOF DIGITALIZATION ON THE RAILWAY USING SWOTAND FMEA ANALYSIS METHODS

To highlight priority risks for digitalization of railway transport using SWOT and FMEA
analysis. This paper proposes the use of SWOT analysis to identify the characteristics of digitaliza53
tion elements. After identifying potential threats to the digitalization process, a risk assessment is
carried out using the FMEA method. The ranking takes place and the most priority risks for solving
are highlighted. Risk reduction options are suggested.
As a result - the three most dangerous risks were identified with RPN from 50 to 200. Misuse
of internal data, harmful influence of 5G, external attacks. The risk of "external attacks" has the
highest severity
