The role of digital technologies in increasing the efficiency of the management of the business processes of the company

This article is devoted to the role of digital technologies in improving the efficiency of enterprise business process management, the importance and relevance of the use of digital technologies in enterprise management are indicated. In the course of the study, an increase in the interest of enterprises in various fields of activity in the introduction of information and communication technologies was noted. As part of the study, an analysis was made of the cost structure for the creation and dissemination of digital technologies, as well as the use of these technologies in various sectors of the economy. It is noted that in all sectors of the Russian economy, cloud services and technologies for collecting, processing and analyzing big data are the most popular. The benefits from the introduction of digital technologies for the enterprise and the end user are analyzed, which will improve the efficiency of business processes and management decision-making.
