Specifics and features of the Russian project finance market: structural, sectoral, organizational and financial aspects

The authors of the article investigated the development trends of the global and Russian project finance market. The analysis of the state and development of the Russian project finance market for 2001-2022 is carried out. The structural-sectoral and organizational-financial aspects of project financing in the Russian financial market are revealed. A financing scheme has been proposed that could help solve the problem associated with foreign investors who have left the market and Russian investors who have lost part of the profits that they could invest in projects.
