The economic crisis through the prism of indicators of economic security of the Russian Federation

The article considers the inductive properties of indicators defined in accordance with the Economic Security Strategy. The author analyzes the methodology developed by the Ministry of Economic Development. Based on available retrospective data, an integral quantitative assessment of economic security is carried out for the period from 1997 to 2022. The author discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the methodology in a view of its ability to assess and predict economic crises.
