Analysis and evaluation of the results of the implementation of the economic mechanism in the sphere of health care of the Irkutsk region

The task of assessing the state of socio-economic development, formed at the territorial levels, leads to the need to evaluate and theoretically substantiate the results of the implementation of existing economic security mechanisms.

Based on a study of development problems and healthcare financing practice, the article discusses some results of the implementation of economic mechanisms in the healthcare sector and assesses their current state and impact on the economic security of the Irkutsk region. The aspects of the implementation of the state of the environment in the healthcare sector analyzed in the article suggest the possibility of developing economic mechanisms in solving practical problems of maintaining and improving the state of economic security.

It is shown that based on the results of the analysis of the sources of financing of the healthcare sector and the methods of distribution of financial resources allocated from various sources to pay for medical care, it is possible to evaluate the results of the implementation of existing economic mechanisms and suggest possible directions for their transformation adequate to modern challenges and threats to the economic regional security.
