Formation of a human-oriented economy: the managerial aspect

The presented article is devoted to the formation of management directions for a human-oriented economy. The relevance of the research is determined by the primary role of human in the modern economy, the change of orientation from “human for the economy” to “economy for human”. In the light of the transition to a human-centered aspect in determining the directions of economic development, the author reveals the management of a human-oriented economy as a system aimed at meeting objectively necessary human needs. Research methods: the method of compensatory homeostat. The article develops a detailed model of compensatory homeostat in relation to a human-oriented economy. Its main elements are highlighted: the object of management is a human-oriented economy; a pair of antagonistic components are the digital and material spheres; the supreme governing body is federal authorities; the subject of management is regional authorities; the block of additional activation and adaptation is subjects that indirectly influence the human-oriented economy. The main areas for the management of the research object are identified: resource management, their active redistribution; relationship management in the expanded model of compensatory homeostat; additional assistance to the development of the economic system. The conceptual directions of managerial influences for the progressive development of a human-oriented economy are formulated. The theoretical value of this work is the construction and development of a full-fledged theory of a human-oriented economy. The practical significance of the study is that the proposed fundamentals of managing this economic system represent the basis for the formation of targeted support measures.
