📄 PDF Статьи
JATS‑XML (OAI)Analysis of the evolution of climate conferences from the perspective of the formation and development of the global climate finance mechanism.
Green finance is at the intersection of economic sustainability and environmental conservation. At the global level, this problem is considered at annual climate conferences, called the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Over almost three decades of annual conferences (1995–2023), the decisions had a significant impact on the development of green finance; they allowed the formation of a global climate finance mechanism. Recently, debate has intensified about the need for broad reform of the global financial system to increase its sustainability and effectiveness in addressing climate challenges.
