Transformation of models of providing additional vocational education services in the region in the conditions of technological leadership

The article presents issues of development of additional professional education services in the field of personalized medicine in the region. It is indicated that the transition to personalized medicine as an innovative trend is one of the scientific and technological priorities that contribute to technological leadership. As a theoretical basis for the development of additional professional education services in the field of personalized medicine, the use of the concept of a learning region that promotes the dissemination of innovations is justified. It is proposed to create specialized regional centers for the provision of these services on the basis of public-private partnership. The influence of the center's activities on the socio-economic system of the region is shown.
