Russian regions on the green transition agenda

The article considers the relevance of the green transition agenda and some reasons for its current shift. The shortcomings of the existing approaches in the world and Russia to ESG-criteria, the existing prerequisites for the transition to a "new technological mode" are analyzed. The hypothesis of heterochronic development of Russian regions according to the author's model of assessing the readiness of Russian regions to "green transition" is considered. Recommendations on the monitoring of the "green" agenda in Russian regions are offered.
