Improvement of process management of shipbuilding enterprise supply

The change in the nature and geography of trade relations is the reason for the transition to new forms of organization of the supply of industrial enterprises in Russia. This problem is especially relevant for domestic shipbuilding. The application of a modern process approach to enterprise management makes it possible to increase the efficiency of activities both in the field of supply and the organization as a whole. The article contains the results of scientific work on the development of methodological provisions in the field of improving the management of supply processes of industrial enterprises in an unstable external environment on the example of the shipbuilding industry. During the research, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison of the studied indicators, a systematic approach were used. The main patterns and features of the formation of the structure of the supply chain are determined. Recommendations for optimizing the supply chain in the supply of a shipbuilding enterprise have been developed. The criteria for selecting suppliers in the context of strategic partnership are proposed. The economic effect of digitalization of processes and the introduction of a single information space in the form of reducing time costs and increasing the number of processed orders is determined. The development of a strategic partnership of a shipbuilding enterprise with the most significant suppliers is justified. The practical use of recommendations for improving supply chain management is illustrated by a model of logistics chain organization at a shipbuilding enterprise.
