Expanded functions of banks in the process of project financing of housing construction in Russia

JATS‑XML (OAI)The purpose of the work is to form a comprehensive view of the current changes in the field of housing construction in the Russian Federation. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are formulated: participants in the sphere of housing construction in Russia are studied, the tools used by the state in this area are studied, the effectiveness of the tools used by the state is analyzed, a forecast is made about changes in the field of housing construction in the medium term, the significant role of the state in changing conditions in the functioning of the housing construction industry is proved. The hypothesis of the study is manifested in the need to form an adaptive mechanism of influence on the housing construction industry by the state in the conditions of rapidly changing environmental factors. Such scientific research methods as observation, description, modeling have been used in the work. The achieved results consist in the formation of a set of management measures aimed at the progressive development of housing construction in the Russian Federation.
